Brodie's story
Well hey there! Im Brodie and boy am I happy to be a Warrior Dog!
My start at life wasnt so great but now that I am in a loving and happy foster home I am learning all about this big new world. One thing you should know about me is that I do get a little nervous when I meet new people. I really appreciate a slow, no pressure introduction so I can get used to you before you start showering me in love! I would probably do best in a home without children or with older, mature children that are able to understand my limitations.
Want to hear something really great?! Im still a puppy BUT I have mastered the art of potty training! Isnt that awesome?? My foster mom says I am a really good boy because I dont have accidents in the house or my kennel. I dont mind being in my kennel either; I wait quietly for someone to let me out and give me attention. I am learning lots of new things in my foster home and my foster mom says I am a very obedient boy. I aim to please!
I LOVE to go for long walks to help burn off my puppy energy. I walk well on a leash though we are working on perfecting it. I wouldnt mind having a canine buddy in my new home to keep me company. I play really well with other dogs!
Im learning that humans are pretty awesome when I get to know and trust them. My foster mom loves how I follow her around the house and I love when she gives me snuggles. Wherever she is sitting I am sure to be right there next to her, probably with my head on her lap. She loves when I awake from a nap, do a big stretch and give a squeaky yawn. She calls me Bright Eyes and I think it suits me well. Just look into my beautiful brown eyes and you will fall madly in love!
I am really excited to learn more about this new world and I cant wait to meet my furever family! Know anyone who might love a big, lovable, sweet guy like me?

All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spay/neuter before adoption unless age is a factor with a puppy younger than 6-12 months at the time of adoption. If that is the case, the spay/neuter will be covered in the adoption fee and the owner will be responsible to have the procedure completed at a Warrior Dog Rescue Veterinarian at the appropriate time.
Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.
Adoption Fee - $450
